How to store sliced vegetables to lock in nutrients and prolong life?
stargal asked:
Hey, I have been trying to eat healthy but don’t have a lot of time on my hands. I make subway type sandwiches with turkey and veggies. I was wondering if it’s okay to slice vegetables before hand and store them in airtight containers in my refrigerator. Would this cause the veggies to lose their nutrients? How can I ensure that they last 3 or more days without losing their nutrients after being sliced? Will appreciate your help. Thanks

How do avocados store their energy as fat?
arjun r asked:
Looking at almost every other vegetable, all energy storage is done in the form of carbohydrates. First, what makes an avocado, biologically, different in that it doesn’t store it this way? Also, are any other types of vegetables/fruits that store energy in fats as well?

Is the gluatmine, protein and creatine you get from a grocery store of poorer quality than a supplement store?
John asked:
Products are often cheaper at the grocery stores, but I once had a supplement store employee tell me that they have different regulations for quality. Is there any truth to this, or is it the same?
