will the dog food be a little cheaper if you order it from the company? instead of buying it from the store?
im feeding my english bulldog royal canine. she eats about one bag a month. thats 60 dollars. i was wondering will it be little more less if i purchase the food from the Official company, instead of the third party.
Is store bought wormer just as good as wormer from the vet for my puppy?
I took my puppy to the vet when she was 7 weeks old and they did a fecal exam and said she didn’t have worms. Now she is 11 weeks old and starting to show signs that she has worms. I really just want to worm her just in case but the vet won’t do it with out another fecal exam… costing me more money. I want to just worm her with the store bought kind. Do you think it’s just as good? Will it work?
The Pet Company pet store chain?
I went into The Pet Company at the Palisades mall in NY just by chance today, and saw a puppy I, of course, fell in love with. It was a bichon frise- adorable. I am considering buying it within the next few days despite knowing how awful it is to buy from pet stores. Logically, I know this, but the dog was adorable! So I did some research on this chain of pet stores, because the salesgirl claims none of the dogs are from puppy mills, and the store looked clean, the dogs well fed, etc, but appearances don’t mean everything.
Because as cute as it is, I don’t want to encourage the growth of a company that buys from puppy mills. So what I’m wondering is, does anyone have any information about this pet store chain that I should have before buying/ not buying this dog?
Does anyone know of a good company/store that carries large patio pet doors? Bigger than 12″x24″ for the flap.
My family has two dalmatians and one great dane and we just rescued a new great dane. Unfortunately he is too big to fit through our current dog door! I’m trying to find a patio insert door that has a bigger opening than 12″x24″. So far I have only seen wall doors of bigger size and one patio insert for a ridiculous $900. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I know, I know, the pet stores come from the puppy mill. I am just wondering/curious, If so many people buy dogs from pet stores, how do they know if they’re not getting jipped/ripped off by buying a sick puppy home???

What other reasons do people need a dog in a store with them besides being blind?
I work in a store and sometimes I will see people walk their dog into the store and they are not blind. It is store policy to not ask them about their dog so I cannot ask them.
Just curious: Is there any pet store out there that gets animals from good breeders instead of puppy mills?
I’ve heard all the bad things about puppy stores and pet stores and how they get doggies from puppy mills and/or backyard breeders. Mix mutts and everything bad has happened and all horrible facts about pet shops.
So my question: is there ever a legitimate pet store out there? Can some pet stores get puppies/dogs from good breeders for less and sell them? Are all pet stores horrible when it comes to selling a dog?

My friend also has her own business and she makes at least 100 bucks a week. She did the same thing and I have my own 2 dogs so I know how to be responsible. I also have experience.
