When working for a corporate cell phone company is it legal to not take a lunch, or to not take in on time?

So I have a friend that works for a cell phone company in a corporate store, sometimes I see her not talking her lunches on time, say she goes in at 8 sometimes it is well past 2 when she gets a lunch. First is it legal to not be able to take a lunch, and what about it being on time?
The only reason i ask is because working in retail at more then one store it was illegal to not be on time.. same with construction and factory.

Is it legal for a company to transfer someone to another store without written notice then replace you?

Is it legal for an employer in California to require employees to wear company outerwear, but not provide them?

The retail company I work for does not allow us to wear any outerwear (sweater, jacket) without our logo on it, even on cold/inclement weather days or if we are working outside. They do not provide us with the approved outerwear nor reimburse us for one’s bought from the store (not a company store, but from the retail gift shop we work in). Is this legal?

I work in a store that is closing and the company is willing to transfer me into another store but less money?

The company has 4 other stores in the area and they are trying to place me into a position that is not what I do now, has different hours and doesn’t pay near as much.
