Keep pumping! When I was going away on a trip or getting her ready to start daycare, I started pumping every 2 hours. Sometimes I wouldnt be able to, but then just pump 2 hours later. There’s no miracle drug. You just have to keep pumping. If you try an intense pumping schedule your body will naturally produce more milk to keep up with the demand. Your body doesn’t know you’re pumping, it’s assuming baby needs the milk. Pump pump pump! M S

do you feed your baby from the breast at all? If so you can increase your supply by feeding more from the breast and pumping more…you can also try other remedies…I am eating oatmeal (which is known to increase supply) and drinking Mother’s Milk tea…I don’t know which one is working but my supply has increased 3 ounces per pumping session and I pump 4 times a day. g8grl77

eating cabbage gives you a huge burst of milk, that is how i got my milk to come in with both babies.

but the thing is cabbage could make your baby gassy. if he/she is sensitive to stuff like that. just like if you eat pepper, caffeine, ect. savannah p
