report them to the IRS, but you will have to pay your taxes back when the audit is done. Michael F

It depends on just how big this company is but you can report them to the irs. Go to and find the number. Call them up and tell them your concerns. Often they will do an audit on the situations. By the way just because they didn’t take out your taxes doesn’t mean you don’t have to pay them so be sure to do so. guruMama

1.. THEY HAVE A RIGHT OF NOT TAKING TAXES OFF YOUR PAYCHECK.. BECAUSE.. IT IS YOU, WHO SUPPOSED TO REPORT IT WHEN YOU FILE YOUR INCOME TAX AT THE END OF THE YEAR.
2. ARE YOU THEY A WHOLESALE COMPANY??? CUZ WHOLESALE COMP DON’T TAKE THEIR RETAIL CUSTOMERS TAX.
3. THEY CAN OWN 2 LARGE STORES.. BUT HAVE YOU CONSIDER IT MIGHT BE UNDER DIFFERENT NAME OF OWNERS???

If they registered you as a independant contractor then it is your responsibilty to file your own taxes.
If they have stores/stands they would have to get business licenses for each one. Not to mention to get the licenses they have to register each location with the state. So if there are licenses they are paying taxes for the places. How they do it may change for each places depending on the tax status on they file.
