How do company’s find out the nutrition information for there restaurant food or store sold food?

Are there certain companies that evaluates the food content and determines nutrition in it like how much salt, fat and calories ect?

Because i want to open a restaurant and have the nutrition information available for my customers of the food they are eating

    Most go through testing in laboratories. H-man

    In-house food nutritionists. Your food suppliers should be able to help you with nutritional information. You might also contact the IFT…Institute of Food Technologists. RealLife
