is it cooked? if it is as long as you have it cool on ice about a week, jus make sure the ice bag is kept icey and cool on it

that should be fine overnight. As long as the food stays about 40 degrees its ok. The food is cooked so it wont spoil as quick.

Lot’s and lot’s of ice, kept in a storage container of some kind. The food has to be kept at 40 degrees or cooler and no more than 3 days max.

    i wouldn’t risk it it.

You can’t. It has to be refrigerated to prevent bacteria from spreading which causes food poisoning in a matter of minutes.

is it possible that you can borrow a neighbors generosity that has a fridge? I wouldnt risk any of my guests getting ill on spoiled food
