Is it safe to store water in glass containers to make formula with? If so how long can you store it for in the fridge and at room temp?
I just am looking to store water only not the formula.

I would not suggest pre mixing your formula right away. Why not just keep water in a jug, leave it out in room temp. Mix your formula when needed.
this is just so you don’t risk your baby having spoiled milk and wasting formula momoftwins
i dont htink i know what you mean. putr water in a glass contaiuner? do you mean mix the formula and put the formula in a glass container? it doesnt matter what type of container you put the formula in. you have to look on the formulka container to see how long you can store it. i get the 13 oz cans concentrate and i can mix it and store it for 48 hours Landon’s Momma
Yes actually keeping it in a glass container in the fridge would help get rid of the chlorine and other chemicals in tap water. I would refresh it every other day. js01ss
Water from the tap can be stored for months in a sealed glass container as there is nothing in the water to go “bad”. Pond water may grow algae in a jug, but not tap water. It appears that the hysteria about some kinds of plastic bottles has spread to a silly extent. mike1942f
