My best friend works for a Ralphs in California, she is new at the job but she’s already having trouble with one of the cashiers who have seniority, this woman constatly harrasses her and she’s really mean to her. I’m asking this question because I think it’s gone too far, today my friend really had to go to the restroom, she hadn’t had a break for hours and since they are supposed to let someone know where they are she told this woman “I’ll be right back I have to go to the restroom” and this woman prohibited her from going, she said she had to “time” everything so she used the toilet during her breaks and that the store needed her in that exact moment at the front desk. What’s your opinion of this and what can be done?, please consider she is new and she really needs the job.
