Is there a company I can upload to that will store my digital files for anytime access as well as backup?

I want to be able to access the individual files as needed. I know I can save everything to disks, but besides the time involved in loading the disks I also have to have a place to store them, worry about damage to them, etc.

How do you upload videos from a handheld camera?
