What is better downloading off playstion store or buying the game?

Download, incase the PS3 stops reading discs.
The only bad thing is if you dont have enough space.
BTW: You can’t accidently delete it, cause you can redownload it due to the fact that its saved to your PSN. Gezo
It doesn’t matter which you choose, its all personal preference. The game does not physically exist in north america so the easiest and practical thing to do is just download it, but its entirely up to you.
Personally, I would rather own as many physical games as possible as I like having a tangible, physical collection of games.. then again, im a pretty big game collector so digital copies are less attractive to me.
Once you download it, it is stored on your psn downloads section and can be downloaded again at any time if somehow lost.
Choosing to download a game instead of buying it in fear of your ps3 stops reading discs is just paranoia. Pestilence

the only good reason to own the disc is because you can sell or trade it if you like , you get a paper manual ( who reads them anyway ? ) and some games are too large to download so aren’t available any other way
digital games can’t be lost , stolen or scratched , you can have it on one ps3 then later buy a second and have a copy on both consoles , you don’t need to swap discs to play a different game and can have dozens of games available on the hdd to choose from and unlike a disc based game if it gets a glitch you just uninstall it and download it again .
one more thing : sometimes you miss playing a game you used to own . with a digital copy you just download it again even if it’s been a couple of years since you last played it and deleted it ( or if you have a big hard drive you can just have them all permanently and replay them whenever you like The Shadow™ ®
As a collector, you should get the hard case.
Also, you save hard disk space. You actually own the game and not pieces of codes.
But if you want it now… I guess downloading it is the solution. MartinM
