What is the difference between a Cosmetics Company Store and a CCO (Cosmetics Company Outlet)? R they same?

CCS is just your average store that will sell up to date things from the cosmetic company, a CCO sells some of the current AND alot of previous collections at lower prices.for those who maybe missed a collection but wanted something from one,they could go to a cco and more than likely pick it up from there at a lower price sarah
