Most credit cards are being cautious in handing out lines of credit. You will have problems getting any credit card if you have a lot of negatives on your credit report.
You should try getting a secured credit card thru your bank. You pay a deposit which is held as collateral against the line of credit. Use the card for small purchases and pay in full every month. This will start rebuilding your credit. In about a year, you can probably convert the secured account to a regular credit card.
You really need at least 24 months of consistent, on time payment history to start overcoming the bad credit. bdancer222
Rule of thumb is to only get a store credit card if you shop there frequently. But in your case, avoid places like Gap, JCrew or Nordstrom.
You can however try to get a gas card, Target, Best Buy or Macy’s or Dillard’s card. But the high interest rates you’ll DEFINITELY get will make these cards toxic – too expensive.
My advice would be to improve your credit score before considering another credit card. Bella4You
If you have bad credit why are you getting a credit card? Having bad credit means you haven’t been able to handle yourseld with a credit card in the past… this means it’s a horrible idea to get a new one. Get a Debit card and use that. You can also establish credit through paying your utility bills, cell phone bills, TV, internet bills etc.
I say wait untill you have better credit untill applying for a credit card. That way you can handle the credit card a little bit better.

Wal Mart has Discover Card. Generally you need to have excellent credit to be approved for a Discover card.
My suggestion is to try Orchard Bank. It is easier to get approved for and you can use it anywhere. I hope this helps. M K
Probably none if you still have a low score.
Try Capital One. They may have a program for those wanting to rebuild their credit. My Take on It
